Weekend Fun!

The weather has been so gorgeous lately that we decided to take a break from unpacking and spend the weekend at Mahoney camping. It couldn't have been a better camping weekend. Mira got to try out the hiking backpack for the first time. She loved it! I think she smiled the entire time she was in it. Being taller than Mommy was pretty cool in her eyes.
Today we got out her baby pool and bikini and let her splash around in the backyard. Needless to say she was pretty sleepy tonight after all the weekend fun.

Six Month Update

Miss Mira has sprouted two new teeth on the bottom and is getting pretty good at sitting up all by herself. She is enjoying her new perspective on the world. I think she is thankful that mommy has a new angle to shoot pictures of her. When you can't find your neck, photos lying down are not too flattering!

For her six month check-up she weighed 17lbs 3 oz. and measured at 26.5" long. She is growing like a weed! She is really working on crawling. The doctor didn't think it would be long. Can't wait!
