Today is Mira's eleven month birthday! One more month until the big birthday bash. She has had a rough couple of days without her Daddy and with her head cold. Monte is back from his ski trip but not all in one piece. It's going to be tough doing the daddy duties with a broken wrist. Mira is just happy to have her Daddy back.
She is learning so much these days. Lately she has become fascinated with her tongue. She sticks in out as far as she can until we acknowledge her. She is getting to be a pro at pointing, clapping, waving and high fiving. We're working on sooo big for her first birthday.
Still no walking yet but she stands a lot while playing and watching tv. She is getting braver with each day. This weekend she took a few steps from the furniture and attempted to climb the steps. Everything is a new discovery and she gets into it all!
By her first birthday she will have six teeth. Her top four teeth are about in. She is really growing up on us. She still loves to read, dance, play ball, chase the cats and take her baths.
I hope this next month doesn't go too fast. I'm not ready for my baby to be one yet!!
